Who are the LPA?
The Leeds Property Association was founded in 1972 by a small group of landlords living in Leeds.
Since 1972 our Association has grown significantly and we have an excellent relationship with Leeds City Council, Unipol, West Yorkshire Police and all the Leeds academic institutions.
The LPA is a membership based, non-profit making organisation whose principle aim is to give help and advice to residential landlords, promoting good practice whilst protecting the rights of the landlord.
We are here to help, regardless of how few or how many properties you own.
Our membership is made up mainly of private landlords, ranging from those owning one property, wishing to learn and expand, to very large established landlords.
The LPA is run by landlords for landlords.
What are the benefits?
All the properties are to a high standard, many of our landlords are Unipol Code accredited, LLAS accredited or members of other similar organisations.
1000s OF PROPERTIES
We have 1000's of properties from dozens of landlords, giving you the greatest choice, all in one place. Our aim is to provide a site where you can compare what is on offer, we do not have our own properties so there is no bias.
Because there are lots of properties in one place, it lets YOU compare deals on what is available.
